Shiatsu Massage


Shiatsu (Japanese massage) is a form of therapeutic massage in which pressure is applied with the thumbs and palms to those areas of the body used in acupuncture. It promotes health and facilitates healing by correcting energy imbalances in the body.


These imbalances are corrected by applying pressure to specific points along channels in the body known as meridians. They are also called acupressure.

Childrens Yoga of The "Pharoahs."

Children are encouraged to explore and discover the mind and body in a fun-filled way!  Ancient Egyptian Yoga is a fun, creative approach to yoga that can be very helpful for children whose bodies are still developing. 


The use of animated poses and basic stretching exercises promote strength, flexibility, coordination and body awareness. Breathing and visualization techniques teach children how to focus, relax and develop self-control. Children will improve concentration and focus, stimulate their imagination and help to release energy in a fun, safe environment. Using interactive games and animated postures, children learn about animals, nature and basic anatomy through yoga. 


Our Ancient Egyptian Yoga program also promotes inner-strength, confidence and self-esteem; a feeling of well-being and respect for others; and, love for one's self. Ancient Egyptian Yoga is a discipline that can lead children on the path toward a calm and balanced mind, as well as help them build a strong and flexible body - tools they can use in their everyday lives.

We practice fun-filled poses and breathing exercises to promote: Physical/Inner Strength and Flexibility Concentration; Focus and Attention; Body Awareness and Confidence; Self-esteem Relaxation and Self-control; and A Feeling of Well-being and Respect for Others Love for One's Self.


Children play yoga by imitating animals and nature, and by using creative expression, games, music, art, and storytelling.  


Classes range from 45 minutes to 1 hour.
